Contrast Shower

If a full cold shower is not your thing, then a great alternative is a Contrast Shower. You still get similar benefits to a cold shower, but with less of the cold.
A contrast shower alternates between hot and cold temperatures. Invigorating your body and giving you an energy boost as well as other health benefits.
Here is how to take one:
  • Start with a hot phase, with the temperature as warm as you can tolerate for 2-3 minutes
  • Then turn the temperature all the way down to a cold as possible for 15 seconds
  • Repeat the cycle 3 to 4 times
  • Always end on a cold phase
